As the national leader of KPMG’s Financial Services sector, Adrian has helped KPMG’s clients capitalize on the disruptive changes in the Financial Services market. In this role, he interacts regularly with regulators and C-level executives locally and regionally, allowing him to bring perspective to discussions on financial, regulatory and governance matters. Adrian draws on over 26 years of experience at KPMG, auditing and advising clients that include large multinationals and financial institutions. He has led engagements in financial due diligence and risk management reviews on various banks and finance companies. He is also a Member of the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board Working Group on Financial Instruments, and an active speaker on IFRS and MFRS9. Within the Malaysian firm, Adrian holds additional roles as Head of People and Head of KPMG Business School. Under his leadership, KPMG in Malaysia has won multiple awards including the Malaysia's 100 Leading Graduate Employers, Graduates’ Choice Award (2018 & 2019), Graduan Brand Awards (2016–2019), CSR Company of the Year Award (2017–2019), National Best Employer Brand (2017 and 2019), and many others.

As the country manager, Eric Quah is responsible for overall sales and business aspects of Red Hat Malaysia, leading the country team to drive sustainable growth, as well as help in building stronger relationships with enterprise customers and partners.Eric joins us from Oracle Malaysia where he leads the Middleware business for Malaysia. Prior to Oracle, Eric was with Hitachi eBworx responsible for their sales and marketing function for ASEAN.In the past, Eric also worked with IBM Software group for close to 10 years in different roles and functions - account management, enterprise marketing, business analytics and to his last role as Software Business Partner. One of his memorable moments as part of the management role at Oracle was to lead the team to achieve the 100% quota club including all individual sellers.

Sammeer Sharma was appointed as the Head of Wealth Management for Standard Chartered Malaysia on 1 January 2019. Prior to this, he was the Executive Director and Head, Bancassurance, Wealth Management where he led the Bank’s Bancassurance business in Malaysia and ASEAN and South Asia cluster markets. A banking professional with over 20 years of experience in developing businesses, leading transformations and change management actions across diverse markets, Sammeer has been with the Bank since 2002. His responsibilities have spanned across the Consumer Banking spectrum covering P&L Management, New Business Development, Product Management, Portfolio Management, Sales Management, Project Management, Analytics & Performance Management. In his 18 years with Standard Chartered, he has successfully built and transformed businesses across several domains like Insurance, Lending, Payments, Retail Segments, Distribution and Digital Banking. This gave Sammeer wide exposure to complex and varied businesses, across multiple complex markets such as Malaysia, Singapore and India.
