Ramon was appointed the Chief People Officer of EDOTCO Group in July 2019. Previously, he has had experience in various senior management positions, having served as Chief HR Officer, VP Organisation Development Asia Pacific, VP Group HR for global and local organisations. Prior to joining EDOTCO Group he was Executive Director at PwC SEA Consulting Group. Ramon has worked on large scale HR transformation, M&A integrations, developing global talent programs, staff optimization initiatives and developing organisations in becoming Employer of Choice. He has extensive international exposure having worked across 13 countries in Asia Pacific.
