MC currently leads the Kantar Malaysia Insights division in Malaysia. He has worked with clients across a wide array of sectors and industries, helping them to grow their business With more than 26 years in Consumer Understanding and Insights domain, he has worked with clients across many markets, leading various regional client accounts previously. Being a curious, passionate and people person enabled MC to deliver impact to client’s business and help their business grow Being a Qualitative researcher at heart, MC love to be involved in running strategy workshops, Ideation sessions and Action planning sessions with clients. As a leader, he is very people focused and take pride in ensuring the team can flourish and be successful in their career.
