Lewis is the Acting Head of Technology and Innovation at Transport for New South Wales. The Technology and Innovation branch leads customer-facing digital transformation and innovation to improve experiences for Transport for NSW customers. The wide portfolio of programs led by the branch includes a variety of customer and operational technology solutions to keep customers moving across the New South Wales transport network.
Lewis has worked for NSW Government Agencies since 2008 holding a variety of roles delivering projects and services. Prior to his work in New South Wales, Lewis worked in the United Kingdom in a variety of Information Technology, application development, and business process outsourcing roles.
