Founded the first and largest mortgage outsourcing company in Malaysia with staff strength of 350 , Mortgage Broker Sdn Bhd that lasted 11 years from 2004 under purview of Bank Negara Malaysia

Author of best selling book titled:  “Grow Rich Through Responsible Leveraging”.

Started Skybridge International in 2013 a premier property education and  consultancy company which helped organised numerous property events for developers with resounding success in sales especially China, Hong Kong and Bangladesh.

Regular contributor of articles and appeared in many media publications and radio shows as a panel expert. 1st Malaysian to be interviewed by Radio TV Hong Kong on Malaysia property.

Regularly invited as paid speaker by developers in Asean countries, having served developers > 26 years.

Successfully organised more than 40 international property tours to Malaysia with buyers from China, Hong Kong, Bangladesh and Singapore.

The first Malaysian who has successfully given property seminar/talks to the MOST countries in ASIA namely China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Bangladesh, Singapore, Myanmar, Philipines, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, South Korea and Japan
