Speaker: Loredana Padurean, Assistant Professor of Management and Organizations, Asia School of Business & International Faculty Fellow at MIT

Prof. Loredana Padurean will present an evolutionary framework that describes the journey that most companies take from their early start-up days to later on when they become mature, sophisticated entities. Prof. Loredana will define each of the 3 stages in this journey using various metaphors to describe the overall experience and provide the relevant tools to successfully navigate each stage. This framework has been taught successfully in various MIT programs and custom programs in Asia for companies.

SPECIAL RATE FOR WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
By registering & participating in the live online seminar, you are entitled to a discount of RM200 if you decide to enroll in any of the physical workshops. A discount of RM300 will be given for registration of 2 workshops and RM400 for registration of 3 workshops. The discount is only valid within one month after the live online seminar.

The 1-day workshop investment fees are RM1,688 (before discount) and includes trainer fees, program materials, food & beverage, certification and SST charges. Only a maximum of 40 pax is accepted in a workshop to enable inclusive learning as well as to practice a safe social distancing.
