Badrulhisyam Fauzi is the Group Chief Financial Officer of MMC Corporation Berhad (“MMC”). He joined the Group Managing Director’s Office of MMC on 11 July 2011 and subsequently became Head, Group Strategy before assuming current position effective 1 July 2020. Besides Group Finance, Badrul is also responsible for Group Strategy, Group Risk & Integrity Management and Information System Department. Badrul started his career as an Investment Analyst in Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) and was the Head of Analysts for global equity research team in the International Fund Management Department before joining MMC.
Badrul graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computing from Imperial College London and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder of the CFA Institute. He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant being a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (“FCMA”) as well as a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”).
Badrul also sits on the boards of Johor Port Berhad, Kontena Nasional Berhad, Kramat Tin Dredging Berhad, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd and several private limited companies within MMC.
