Noor Hisham bin Rosle joined the Administration and Diplomatic Service in 2003 and has been attached to the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) ever since. Before joining Malaysian Institute of Defence & Security (MiDAS) in 2015 he worked on defence policy planning at the ministry’s Policy and Strategic Planning Division. His experience covers mainly on defence diplomacy both multilateral and bilateral defence cooperation, particularly at the ASEAN Defence Ministers Meeting (ADMM) and ADMM Plus platforms. With regards to bilateral defence cooperation he covered South Asia, South East Asia, Australasia, Europe and US. He had also served in the International Monitoring Team (IMT)-Mindanao between 2006 and 2007 promoting Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC). He is currently the Chief Executive (Acting) at MiDAS.
